Standard Order Handling/Packing Timeframes

Please allow for 2-3 business days for handling and packing of orders before the products are dispatched.

Order pickups are welcomed, please also allow for up to 2-3 business days from start of next business day to pick up the goods. Our staff will contact you to inform you to let you know when your order is ready for pick up.

Standard Order Shipping Timeframes

Our standard shipping time is 2-7 business days after your order has been dispatched, depending on where the delivery location is.  Please note that the times quoted for delivery are estimates and JD Party shall not be liable for failure to deliver or for any delays in delivery.

Online Shopping Delivery Options

After you have placed products into your cart and proceed to the checkout, there will be three options for delivery:

  1. Pick up from our warehouse
    Pick up is available at the checkout page, please nominate this option and allow 2-3 business days from start of next business day to pick up the goods. Our staff will contact you to inform you that your order is ready for pick up.
    Our opening hours are Monday to Friday 9.30 am to 5.30 pm.
    Your order will be processed promptly between these office hours.
  2. Request Shipping Quotation
    If requesting a quotation on the total freight charge, our team will contact you as soon as possible with negotiated rates with our transport company to provide you with the lowest shipping costs possible.
    However we are more than happy to use the carrier of your choosing if you have an established account with a particular transport company.

Delivery Postal Address

Please ensure that you provide the correct delivery postal address and delivery instructions on the order before submitting. This includes an authority to leave in a safe location if no one is present.


We maintain & update our website on a regular basis; however we cannot always guarantee that items displayed on our website will be available at time of processing your order. In fairness to all clients, orders received via the website, email, telephone or our showroom are processed in sequence of receipt. If the circumstance arises that a particular item you have ordered is not available when we receive & process your order, one of our staff will be in contact with you to discuss a substitute product or other options.
