Please Note: JD Party sells to registered businesses only. JD Party is a Wholesaler and we do not sell direct to the general public.
JD Party provides our products and services to you subject to the following terms and conditions. You accept these terms and conditions as soon as you register to shop at JD Party and will continue for as long as you trade with JD Party.
JD Party does not sell to the general public. We will only wholesale our products to registered businesses. An A.B.N. must be supplied when registering your business in order to place orders with our company.
Copyright
All content included on this site, such as text, logos, graphics, images, photos, data compilations, and software, is the property of JD Party or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
Confidentiality
The email address login and password are exclusive to the applicant above and is not to be shared with any third parties. If JD Party believes that your username and password has been shared or compromised, access to our website will be withdrawn immediately.
You must keep all information, whether unique or otherwise, accessed on or obtained from the website or communicated by JD Party, confidential. Your employees must be given information only on a need to know basis, however this does not relieve you of any liability should the information become known by a third party. If you use this site, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password and for restricting access to you computer and you agree to accept the responsibility for all activities that occur under your account and password.
Product Descriptions
JD Party attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, JD Party does not warrant that product descriptions or other content on this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered JD Party itself is not as described, please contact us immediately.
Inventory
We maintain & update our website on a regular basis; however due to our website not being our sole sales avenue we cannot always guarantee that items displayed on our website will be available at time of processing your order. In fairness to all clients, orders received via the website, email, telephone or our showroom are processed in sequence of receipt. If the circumstance arises that a particular item you have ordered is not available when we receive & process your order, one of our friendly staff will be in contact with you to discuss a substitute product or other options.
Returns & Replacements
Claims for damaged or defective goods or incorrect delivery must be made in writing /email sales@jdparty.com.au within 3 business days of receiving the stock. Upon receipt of notification we will contact you in relation to how to handle the claim. We may either replace or credit the item. We pack our products with great care; however, due to circumstances beyond our control occasionally an item arrives damaged. If an item is obviously damaged on arrival, please contact us immediately.
Cancellations
Cancellations of order must be received in writing / email sales@jdparty.com.au within 1 business day of placing the order, otherwise no cancellation of any order by the customer shall be accepted by JD Party.
Ordering
Orders to purchase goods or services from JD Party may be placed by you via the website. You acknowledge that no orders will be processed unless authenticated by receipt of the Password (“Authentic Orders”). Once you send Authentic Orders, they are irreversible. You are liable for, and JD Party can rely upon, all Authentic Orders. Authentic Orders are taken to be authenticated once JD Party delivers the goods or services set out in the Authentic Order.
Payment
Payment must be finalised before goods will be shipped. JD Party purchases are on Payment Prior to dispatch and/or Payment prior to pick-up. Funds must be cleared before dispatch or pick up of goods. Payments can be made via Direct Deposit, Cash, EFTPOS (Debit cards) & credit cards (Visa & MasterCard credit cards). All prices displayed on the website are excluding GST.
Pricing Policy
As we are an importer and wholesaler, we do not sell to the general public. JD Party will only wholesale our products to registered businesses. We have a minimum order of $300.00 excluding GST & postage. The minimum order quantity of any one product is set on the website and any additional quantities over the minimum must be a multiple of the unit as shown on the website. Please note all prices shown exclude GST.
Prices are subject to change at our discretion. We will strive to maintain the prices as listed on our website whilst inventory is available. Please double check the updated prices on our website before purchasing.
Discounts
Website prices are list prices. As we already sell at wholesale prices, we do not offer discounts however each month we have sale items that have been discounted for a limited time only. If a big order is made, we would be happy to offer you a discount on postage, please contact us via email or phone to discuss further.
Shipping & Handling
Please allow for 4-5 business days for handling and packing of orders before the products are dispatched. Our standard shipping time is 3-10 business days after your order has been dispatched, depending on where the delivery location is. Please note that the times quoted for delivery are estimates and JD Party shall not be liable for failure to deliver or for any delays in delivery.
