Can I buy from JD Party?

As we are an importer and wholesaler, we do not sell to the general public. JD Party will only wholesale our products to registered businesses. Our products are targeted towards retail stores and an A.B.N. must be supplied to enable your business to order with our company. If you are unsure if you are eligible to purchase please feel free to ask contact us. Click here to register online.

What is JD Party’s minimum order?

Our minimum order is $300.00 excluding GST & Postage. As we do not sell to the general public, each product has a minimum order. Please note: Product prices listed on our website exclude GST.

How do I place an order?

You are able to order online or by visiting our showroom.

  • For online ordering
    You will need to register your full company details prior to commencing online shopping, to register click here. Should this application be successful, JD Party will accept the registration, which will allow you to view and order our products at www.jdparty.com.au. If you have any difficulties please contact us.
     
  • Ordering using order forms
    If you prefer to manually write out a form or type it up via PDF, please download either the general order form or product colour order forms found on our forms page. Once you have filled the form(s) out, please email them to sales@jdparty.com.au. We will email you with the grand total cost including shipping quotes etc of your order as soon as possible, and arrange payment so that the products can be packed and ready for shipping as soon as payment has been received.

Payments?

  • JD Party purchases are on payment prior to dispatch and/or payment prior to pick-up.
  • Funds must be cleared before dispatch or pick up of goods.
  • Payments can be made via Direct Deposit, Cash, EFTPOS (Debit cards) & credit cards (Visa & MasterCard credit cards)

Damaged stock?

  • All claims must be made in writing /email sales@jdparty.com.au within 5 business days of receiving the stock. Upon receipt of notification we will contact you in relation to how to handle the claim. We may either replace or credit the item.
  • We pack our products with great care; however, due to circumstances beyond our control occasionally an item arrives damaged. If an item is obviously damaged on arrival, please contact us immediately.

Cancellations?

Cancellations of order must be received in writing / email sales@jdparty.com.au within 1 business day of placing the order, otherwise the order will go through and a refund will not be offered.
